As your birth doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy and labor. My role is to empower you with knowledge, nurture your confidence, and help you feel supported and heard during every stage of your birth experience. I offer personalized care tailored to your needs, preferences, and vision for birth.
As your birth doula, I provide prenatal and postpartum care. I provide knowledge surrounding breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and formula feeding.
Payment Options:

I created Roots to Harmony as a place where families can feel grounded, empowered, and nurtured throughout their journey. Her work is guided by the belief that confidence grows when people are supported with compassion, education, and trust. She meets each client where they are, honoring their values, their voice, and their vision for birth.
